With classroom and hands-on training, Love’s Truck Care Academy develops diesel technicians in seven heavy-duty systems. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing trucks are among the skills technicians learn. Upon graduation, technicians are hired as level five diesel technicians at Love’s Truck Care or Speedco. After a year on the job, they also receive a tool set worth $3,500.
“Love’s Truck Care Academy helps our team members develop into industry leaders,” says Gary Price, Love’s executive vice president of total truck solutions.
